These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SourceFrame’s website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using SourceFrame, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SourceFrame. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
3. Use of the Service
Subject to these Terms, SourceFrame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business use.
You agree not to:
use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation
interfere with or disrupt the Service
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
reverse engineer, copy, resell, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
use the Service to violate the rights of others
4. Your Content
You may provide content to the Service, including selected sources, prompts, questions, analyses, drafts, and related materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant SourceFrame a limited license to host, store, process, and use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and support the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use and submit your User Content.
5. Output and AI-Generated Content
SourceFrame may generate analyses, drafts, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs based on the content you provide.
You acknowledge that:
outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
outputs may not be unique
you are responsible for reviewing and evaluating outputs before relying on or using them
SourceFrame does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SourceFrame to:
violate laws or regulations
infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
submit malicious code, harmful content, or abusive material
abuse the platform, attempt to bypass limits, or interfere with other users’ access
engage in unauthorized automated access, scraping, or exploitation of the Service
7. Subscription, Billing, and Paid Features
Some parts of the Service may require payment. If we offer paid plans, pricing, billing terms, trials, renewals, and related conditions may be presented to you separately within the product or checkout flow.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may also add, remove, or change features, limits, pricing, and functionality over time.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by SourceFrame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceFrame disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceFrame and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of SourceFrame for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SourceFrame for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SourceFrame and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SourceFrame operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and take additional steps as appropriate under the circumstances.
